With the pasted image selected, choose Image tab > Canvas group > Rotate down arrow > Flip > Horizontal.

Right-click on the pasted image > Select Flatten from menu.

6. Size Image for Effect

For this next step, determine how large you want the actual effect to be. Do you want the entire image to be mirrored or just a part of it? Keep the final size of the image in mind when deciding on how much to keep or trim.

For the best effect, keep at least half of the image. Grab the bottom handle on the canvas and drag upward to decrease the image to the desired size.

7. Add Vector Blur Object

Select Tools tab > Drawing Tools group > Blur button > Smooth button > 25%. Drag a selection rectangle around the area to be the mirror. This creates a blur vector object.

Drag a corner of the blur object to move and/or resize it to cover the entire area to be mirrored. Right-click the blur object and select Flatten.

Move the Perspective Horizontal slider to achieve the desired result. (At this time, you can also experiment with the Shear options.) When done, click OK.
